Jeff Graham’s book, Learn to Facet the Right Way, was what I used to facet my first four gemstones. My teacher selected it over several learn-to-facet books in my library. I owe a tribute to Jeff Graham for his informative jump start into the craft and art of gemstone faceting. I just finished my second gemstone when I ordered Jeff’s full collection of gemstone design books, all 15. I relied on these books heavily during my first year of faceting and still come back to them on a regular basis.
Jeff Graham’s impact on the gemstone faceting world is significant. Although he passed before I start faceting, his articles, designs, and musings have been influential to a generation of gemstone faceters. When searching the Internet, a vast array of his publications surface. Here are several of his designs that have been previously posted and are in the public domain. I highly recommend Jeff Graham’s book, Learn to Facet the Right Way, for all new gemstone faceters. If you are interested in this book or any of the the full catalog of his 14 design books, you can purchase them at www.rockpeddler.com
